Security, hosting, and the limits of AI

Isolated per organization, hosted in Europe, and clear about what the AI does not do.

The mechanisms

Mechanisms, not badges

1

One organization, strict partitioning

Each organization sees its own candidates, its own assignments, its own numbers. No query ever crosses from one organization to another — neither on screen, nor in the calls the AI makes on your behalf.

2

Hosted in Europe, GDPR

Your data is hosted in Europe and processing complies with the GDPR. The engine that ranks your candidates is self-hosted: no CV leaves our infrastructure to be analyzed by a third party.

3

Your own AI key, if you prefer

You can use your own AI key: extractions and summaries then go through your account, not ours.

In plain words

What the AI does not do

Every page of this site states a limit. Here is the full list, in one place.

The limits, all together
  • It decides no pipeline stage, validates and rules out no candidate
  • The ranking orders; the facts that justify it stay displayed alongside
  • The AI interview report is a recommendation, never a decision
  • A deposit via API key or MCP lands as a draft; it publishes nothing, proposes nothing
Honesty firstNo certification to date

We claim no certification: no SOC 2, no ISO. What we can show are the mechanisms themselves — isolation, hosting, the option to use your own key — not a badge.

We show you on your own needs

Bring one assignment brief and three CVs. You get the ranking, the reasons, and the interview report before the call ends.
