Why Nexhunter exists
A product born from a field need, built by a team that measures before it claims.
Born inside a real firm
Nexhunter was born from a real need, not a market study: a recruitment and payrolling firm — ITELIA, our first user — managed its needs and candidates in fragmented tools, with nothing connecting them.
The product holds the whole chain, from CV received to consultant placed, because that chain is what was missing — not one more feature bolted onto an existing tool.
A team in Morocco, data in Europe
We don’t hide it, we write it down.
Candidates, assignments, exchanges: everything is hosted in Europe, isolated per organization, wherever we build the product from.
- Hosted in the European Union
- Strict isolation per organization
- The AI engine runs on our infrastructure
- No profile sent to a third party
The full detail — processors, retention, candidate rights — is on the Security & data page.
Measure, replace, measure again
Nexhunter’s first ranking engine was measured against human judgments. The result was bad — worse than chance. We replaced it, then measured again, until the ranking was clearly better. That is not an anecdote: it is the method.
- We measure before we claim
- A bad number triggers a replacement, not a speech
- Measurements are replayable and documented
- Proof happens in a demo, on your data
Build with us
